3.- Todas las unidades del 2do Piso cuentan con balcones. La vista de las unidades Junior Suites es hacia I95 y la vista de las unidades de un dormitorio es hacia 3erd Avenue.

4.- El dueño de la unidad puede referir a un huésped y recibirá la comisión por ese cliente.
